foodora is a Berlin-based food delivery service that partners exclusively with beloved local restaurants to deliver quality meals in 22 countries around the globe. We know the best that our cities offer and we’re bringing it online, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We provide our restaurant-partners with an on-demand fleet of bicycle couriers, making it simple for customers around the world to access delicious meals.
We're currently expanding through Europe, Asia, Canada and Australia and we are always on the hunt for the brightest minds to join our team. Not only do we want to bring quality food to customers around the world, we also want to redefine delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.
foodora is expanding rapidly in Asia, Europe, Australia and Canada and we are looking for your help as the Global Fleet Operations Manager (m/f) in our Berlin HQ!
Responsibilities:
- You'll own the fleet performance and compliance process
- You'll shape the process for fleet communication and the rider community
- You'll shape and launch the new fleet management structure
- You'll improve current reporting capabilities & ad hoc analysis
- You'll identify process automation potential and align on implementation
- You'll work together with the marketing department to implement fleet focused Marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Organized and structured approach to complex problems
- Outstanding drive, a passion to lead changes and loads of energy
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- A hands-on mentality with a strong taste for implementation and testing
- Ability to work with diligence at speed
- At ease with juggling more than one task at any given time
- Advanced analytical and excel skills
- Experience in large scale workforce management is helpful
- Proficient English speaker
