You can find our signature pink bikes across 19 countries, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. Responsibilities


As Customer Services Team Manager you are responsible for a multi-lingual customer service and vendor care department and own the key KPI’s.


  • You are decisively involved in the centralization of our Customer Service Center in Berlin
  • You are responsible for our customer and partner service teams
  • For your employees, you take on the professional and disciplinary responsibility. You are a coach and help your colleagues in their professional development. For your 3 team leaders, you are a mentor and a leader
  • You develop your department and orient yourself to the daily KPIs
  • Quality is important to you. You constantly check the quality of your agents and team leads to ensure the standards are being met

Requirements


  • You have at least 2 years experience working in a call center. You have a deep understanding of call center processes and the key KPI’s
  • You are not looking for  9 -5 job. Instead you want to make a difference in a growing company and own processes and projects to improve the efficiency and quality of the service department
  • You are sympathetic, friendly and approachable. You are a leader and will always make time for everybody.
  • If you are inspired to create something, you have the right approach to engage key stakeholders and gain buy in for the project
  • You are a fast learner, if you do not know something then you make it your mission to understand.
  • You speak English fluently and German to at least a B2 level
