We sit down with chefs, dreaming up menus that will arrive at your door fresh and full of flavour.
You can find our signature pink bikes in 52 cities across 10 countries, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We’re connecting foodies and restaurants from Helsinki to Sydney and together with our riders' energy and our amazing partner restaurants, we're redefining delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.
We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to be part of our highly skilled and motivated team in our Berlin HQ.
Responsibilities:
- Building solid relationships with our existing restaurant partners by being a point of contact, identifying and implementing newer value-add initiatives and being proactive in finding solutions for them.
- Being responsible for driving incremental orders by helping our partners to create a better customer experience. This could include: helping to train restaurant staff, collaborating with operations to improve menu displays and prices and working with our in-house marketing team to create promotions.
- Ensuring partnership retention through exceptional customer service and willingness to keep going the extra mile.
- Liaising with the Marketing department to spearhead synergy across the departments and ensure SEM efficiency is in line with the partner restaurants' branding
- This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing and relationship management
Requirements:
- 1 - 3 years of sales, marketing or account management experience
- A proven ability to develop, foster and nurture professional relationships
- Experience operating in a fast paced and quickly evolving environment
- A confident and assertive communication style with an inquisitive personality that questions the norm
- A strong team ethic, but with the autonomy to execute projects with little hand-holding
