foodora is a Berlin-based food delivery service that partners exclusively with beloved local restaurants to deliver quality meals in 21 countries around the globe. We know the best that our cities offer and we’re bringing it online, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We provide our restaurant-partners with an on-demand fleet of bicycle couriers, making it simple for customers around the world to access delicious meals. 


We're currently expanding through Europe, Asia, Canada and Australia and we are always on the hunt for the brightest minds to join our team. Not only do we want to bring quality food to customers around the world, we also want to redefine delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.


We are looking for your help as a Junior Online Marketing Manager (m/f) to join our Berlin HQ. Be a part of one Berlin's most innovative and cutting-edge Performance Marketing teams and get your hands on the newest display marketing technology.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and optimize performance display campaigns
    • Prospecting and remarketing across display, native, video and emerging formats.
    • Managing six-figure budgets across 21 markets and 100+ cities.
  • Become an expert in testing new products/theories on all campaign types
  • Create processes to track outcomes of optimizations to show value of the changes.
  • Communicate your insights and techniques to multiple internal stakeholders
  • Be rigorously data-driven in every aspect of your work, insights, communications and proofs

Requirements:


  • B.Sc. degree in Marketing, Finance, International Business, Applied Math, Statistics, or practical equivalent
  • Previous experience in online marketing, preferably within display, SEM or paid social
  • Strong Excel skills; experience working with pivot tables, advanced formulas and analyzing large data sets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities and use your own initiative
  • Highly analytical, structured and process driven approach.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • The below are advantageous but not essential: Previous programmatic experience from e.g. publisher side, SSP/DSP side or buy side and experience working with bidding, e.g. from AdWords, Criteo, The Trade Desk or similar
