foodora is a Berlin-based food delivery service that partners exclusively with beloved local restaurants to deliver quality meals in 20+ countries around the globe. We know the best that our cities offer and we’re bringing it online, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We provide our restaurant-partners with an on-demand fleet of bicycle couriers, making it simple for customers around the world to access delicious meals.

Not only do we want to bring quality food to customers around the world, we also want to redefine delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.



We are currently looking for a Junior Restaurant Marketing & Supply Manager for our HQ in Berlin!


As a Junior Restaurant Marketing & Supply Manager you will become part of the Global Restaurant Marketing & Supply Chain Team for foodora and foodpanda. The team’s key focus lays on the definition, development & distribution of restaurant marketing materials. You will contribute by being responsible for purchasing and creative coordination.



Responsibilities:


  • Order Management: forecasting country marketing material demands and ensuring timely deliveries
  • Supplier Management: building sustainable relationship with suppliers, identifying new suppliers, negotiating best prices
  • Sourcing: project management for marketing material productions - from supplier research over quoting & sampling to quality control
  • Design & Content Coordination: briefing in-house design & content teams for adaptations of existing & creation of new marketing materials
  • Portfolio Management: keeping prices, lead times and designs up-to-date for both internal (e.g. local country marketing) and external (restaurant partners) stakeholders
  • Activation Management: supporting cross-channel push activities for marketing material placements at restaurant partners (webshop, offline, partner care)

University degree in business, marketing, logistics or a related field.


First professional experiences in marketing or buying are a plus.


Fluency in English
