We are currently looking for an Operations Manager (f/m/d) for the German market within our Berlin HQ!
Responsibilities
- You will be applying your academic training to solve real-world problems and have an immediate impact on a fast-growing global business
- You will be leading a 3 people team supporting all our Business units across topics such as Forecasting/Scheduling, Financial and resources planning, quality monitoring, training...
- You will be managing the creation of our incident prediction and forecasting models from scratch and see them implemented and integrated with our systems
- You will oversee the scheduling exercise taking our current process to the next level by adapting internal tools, integrating an external system or building from scratch
- You will own the HR planning and monthly budget that will drive Recruitment and HR decisions. You will create the model and adjust it on regular basis to meet business need and reflecting your own observation
- You will heading the implementation of tools, processes and frameworks to improve our agent auditing, training and knowledge sharing processes
- You will be working closely with our operations team and top-level management to develop and implement new ideas
Requirements
- You graduated from a leading university in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, physics, economics)
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a challenging environement
- You have a deep interest for technology, automation and processes
- You have knowledge of SQL and R or Python
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- A hands-on mentality with a strong taste for implementation and testing
- An organized and structured approach to complex problem
- Proficient English speaker
