You can find our signature pink bikes in 52 cities across 19 countries, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We’re connecting foodies and restaurants from Helsinki to Sydney and together with our riders'​ energy and our amazing partner restaurants, we're redefining delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.


We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Tracking & CRO team in our Berlin HQ!


Responsibilities:


  • Implementing advanced e-commerce tracking and reporting for both mobile and web platforms
  • Work closely with Product, Design & Developers to create and implement tracking architecture for new features
  • Creating reports based on data analysis for local and international stakeholders (BI and Managing Directors included)
  • Integrating analytics and marketing technologies through tag management systems (heatmaps, customer surveys, A/B tests and session recording software)
  • Work closely with BI to provide continuous quality assurance of tracking and reporting (incl. automation of tracking tests)
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill tracking gaps
  • Developing and improvement of system configuration and reporting KPI concepts
  • Managing cross-departmental projects related to CRO and tracking
  • Administration of multiple Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics Premium domains
  • Implementing new and maintaining existing processes to perform advanced analysis using SQL scripts

Requirements:


  • A degree in Computer Science, Online Marketing, Statistics or any other relevant analytical based qualifications
  • At least 1-2 years professional experience with digital analytics systems (GTM, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience deploying analytics and tracking systems (ie: Designing Data Layers, AdWords, etc.)
  • Experience in implementing and managing App Tracking systems (Firebase, Adjust, Appboy, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of common web languages: HTML, CSS, Javascript are required. Python a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.) and digital Ad Management
  • Experience in CRO tools and methodologies a plus (VWO, Optimizely, Optimize, Apptimize, Dynamic Yield etc.)
  • Rigorous attention to detail and the ability to work independently
