You can find our signature pink bikes in 18 countries, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We’re connecting foodies and restaurants from Helsinki to Vancouver and together with our riders' energy and our amazing partner restaurants, we're

redefining delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.

We are currently looking for a Regional Operations Manager (w/m/d) in Cologne, Frankfurt and Hamburg!

Responsibilities:

How can we accelerate our efficiency? How can we scale? Translating the global operations strategy successfully starts with a local touch. All your projects will have a direct impact on the service and efficiency of foodora. By looking at data, fleet analysis, experiences of other countries, you will identify the biggest operational opportunities, create a strategic plan and execute with your team.

As Regional Operations Manager:

• You lead and manage a team of up to 6 colleagues
• You are responsible for several cities and multiple hundred riders
• You use data analysis to set the focus areas, priorities and plans that contribute to the operational efficiency strategy
• You manage numerous operations projects and execute them with your team
• You are working together closely with the central team in our Berlin HQ
• You localise and optimise potentials to ensure high performance of the fleet

Requirements:

• You have first experiences in leading people and teams
• You are a great team player and willing to lead a team
• Experience in operations, logistics, business intelligence, business development, and/or consulting experience in a rapidly changing environment
• You hold a bachelor's degree or a similar educational background
• You take a highly analytical approach to everything you do and know how to pick the most impactful measurement variables
• Strong communication skills - fluent in German and English
