It means we hit the streets to find the next must-try spot and we chat with the locals to stay ahead of the latest in food. We sit down with chefs, dreaming up menus that will arrive at your door fresh and full of flavour.
You can find our signature pink bikes in over 70 cities around the world, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We’re connecting foodies and restaurants from Helsinki to Sydney and together with our riders' energy and our amazing partner restaurants, we're redefining delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.
We are looking for a talented Restaurant Operations Agents in our Berlin HQ!
Responsibilities:
- Educating our restaurant partners on foodora to help improve their order volume and revenue
- Working with restaurant partners to ensure KPI’s are met and restaurants are getting the best out of foodora
- Building relationships and working closely to solve problems when things go wrong
- Onboarding our restaurants through a 30 minute phone call to teach them how to use our device and platforms
- Bringing value to the business through close co-operation with our Sales and Partner care teams
Requirements:
- Some previous customer facing roles would be an advantage
- Fluent in one of the following languages (German, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian)
- Passionate about technology and startups
- Previous experience in an account management or tele-sales role is preferred
