We’re connecting foodies and restaurants from Helsinki to Sydney and together with our riders' energy and our amazing partner restaurants, we're redefining delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.

We are currently looking for a Team Lead - Rider Performance and Compliance (w/m/d)  for the German market within our Berlin HQ!

As Team Lead - Rider Performance and Compliance:

• You use data analysis to identify optimisation potential, set priorities and plans that contribute to the behaviour of our fleet
• You manage operations projects and execute them to their maximum potential
• You are in direct communication with the regional heads of Operations

Responsibilities:

Our riders are the most important part of our company and their performance and compliance are essential for the business. How can we scale supporting every rider in achieving the maximum performance? How do we ensure compliance of our fleet, managed by a central team? All your projects will have a direct impact on the behaviour of foodora’s fleet. By looking at data, you will identify numerous opportunities, create an operational plan with your manager and improve the efficiency of your team of rider care agents.

Requirements:

• You take a highly analytical approach to everything you do and know how to pick the most impactful measurement variables
• You have experience in leading a team as well as working with a team
• Strong communication skills - fluent German and English
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
