foodora is a Berlin-based food delivery service that partners exclusively with beloved local restaurants to deliver quality meals in 17 countries around the globe. We know the best that our cities offer and we’re bringing it online, enabling our customers to order their favorite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We provide our restaurant-partners with an on-demand fleet of bicycle couriers, making it simple for customers around the world to access delicious meals.
We're currently expanding through Europe, Asia, Canada and we are always on the hunt for the brightest minds to join our team. Not only do we want to bring quality food to customers around the world, we also want to redefine delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.
We are currently looking for a Senior QA Analyst (f/m/d) for our Berlin HQ
Responsibilities:
- Representing QA in a feature Squad together with the QA automation engineer
- Working close with developers, automation engineers, product owner and product designers together
- Defining QA activities and principles for your own testing activities based on best practices and guidelines
- Taking ownership of the quality standard in your squad
- Testing the foodora / foodpanda web and mobile application while using different tools
- Sharing best practices and improvements within the squad and the QA team
- Conduct training session for your colleagues
- Communicate clearly challenges, root causes and possible risks to the stakeholders
Your Profile:
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar education or a comparable work qualification
- At least 3 years work experience in QA
- Solid knowledge in QA processes and best practices.
- Solid ability to generate valuable test scenarios from agile requirements tickets
- Experience with Android, iOS and Web testing
- Working experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
- Good communication skills in English
- Creative and analytical mindset, good team player, easy to communicate with, quick learner and analytical minded
- Able to quickly understand complex technical concept and transpose them into clear concise documentation
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Open for changes and actively working to improve the working environment for the individual and the group
