foodora is a Berlin-based food delivery service that partners exclusively with beloved local restaurants to deliver quality meals in 19 countries around the globe. We know the best that our cities offer and we’re bringing it online, enabling our customers to order their favourite food through our app (for iOS or Android) or web portal. We provide our restaurant-partners with an on-demand fleet of bicycle couriers, making it simple for customers around the world to access delicious meals.
We're currently expanding through Europe, Asia, Canada and Australia and we are always on the hunt for the brightest minds to join our team. Not only do we want to bring quality food to customers around the world, we also want to redefine delivery food to include the very best meals from beloved local restaurants.
We are looking for a Video Editor Intern to join our marketing team in Berlin HQ
Responsibilities:
- Participate in exciting projects related to campaign creations & implementations, as well as managing, co-organization of video-shootings
- Create & edit content for various types of projects, including videos for our Social Media channels, our blog as well as for digital outdoor advertising and feature films.
- Strong narrative and storytelling ability through directing and editing
- Collaborate with the global Campaign-Management, Design & Photo Team on a daily basis to ensure projects are delivered to the respective Marketing channels & departments
- Help bring creative ideas to life in a relevant and engaging way, communicating ideas coherently and enthusiastically.
- Absorb creative direction while bringing your own ideas & skills to the table.
- Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail during the production process.
Requirements:
- Experienced & familiar with working in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere & After Effects
- Experienced & familiar with creative briefings
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Working knowledge of video encoding.
- Skilled in Graphic Design/Layout.
- Skilled in Motion Graphics.
- Basic audio design and mixing knowledge
- Ability to create quality work on a deadline.
- Execute channel-specific requests
- Familiar with directing multi-camera studio equipment and video switching.
- Ability to create & insert on-screen text and graphics in post productions, whether using a standardized template or creating a new template from scratch.
