Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest possible quality of customer service for our hungry customers
  • Process order and manage relationship with hundreds of restaurants across Hong Kong
  • Ensure that processes are followed and bring in new ideas for improvement
  • Handle customers and vendors’ requests
  • Multiple various projects to improve content of the website and quality of services
  • Constantly work towards improving customer experience
  • Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must

    Head of Delivery (m/f) – Thailand

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries
  • Oversee daily activities of delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
  • Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
  • Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot delivery issues in a timely fashion.
  • Manage all recruiting process for delivery team.
  • Develop and prepare daily, weekly and monthly report as required.

    Responsibilities:
  • Work as a member of our sales team
  • Be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with our partner restaurants
  • Have regular discussion and activation of a set of services (ad sales, promoted deals, online marketing packages…) which to increase the order volume and revenues generated by our partners.
  • Interact closely with other members of the sales team (lead generation, content management, operations, vendor service and sales rep).
  • Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an operational sales or account management role and have outstanding communication and commercial skills (including over the phone)
  • Performance-driven, confident, friendly, have a strong work ethic and positive attitude even under pressure
  • Enjoy building long term relationships based on trust and improving the way that business is being done, you understand the necessity of a needs-based sales approach
