Job purpose :

We’re looking for a highly driven, motivated and creative Marketing Manager to join our team in Dhaka. If you are looking for a place with a fast paced environment, steep learning curve and lots of room for growth - this is the place for you.

The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director to play a crucial role in the Bangladesh team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Develop and supervise the promotion activities & marketing collaterals
  • Develop partnership strategies with external brands
  • Work with external vendors to raise the brand awareness
  • Creative management, prepare promotion materials on both online and printed media
  • Define content marketing strategy, oversee company’s social media accounts, CRM projects and blog, build and leverage relationships with content partners
  • Plan, create, manage and grow brand presence across social media channels and outreach program.
  • Prepare marketing campaigns with the quarterly budgets based on trends and insights identified through various data models.
  • Requirements:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely and under pressure
  • Have an analytical and creative mind that is able to develop and execute strategies
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related area
