Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop good working relationship with restaurants to enhance customer satisfaction and customer retention
- Maintain and grow the revenue of your restaurant portfolio and proactively identify further new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other teams to help the restaurants achieve their full growth potential
- Provide services to the clients through face to face visits, accounts review and reporting
- Manage annual contract negotiations
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree prefererably in a business related subject
- Independent and confident self starter
- Fluent in English and Thai languages
- Strong negotiation skills and a competetive personality,
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable with communicating with high profile individuals and corporate clients
- Time managemnt and structured approach to work are a must
- Entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated leadership experience
- Social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality
- Knowledge of the foodpanda business model and interest in startups and food industry
- Prior experience in cold-calling / sales is a plus
