Part of the consumer vertical, the Conversion Optimization Analyst sits at the borderline between product and marketing. This role is a key piece in a cross-functional organization where the gathering of data, transformation into insights and analysis of changes is key to our business success. The analyst need to understand the consumer business strategy as well as the product conversion funnel, bridging the gap between user experience and data. A data driven candidate with the ability to spot both risks and potential through numbers is required.

Responsibilities:

Analytics

  • Continuously analyze conversion performance indicators in order to obtain valuable insights
  • Support the product and marketing organization by developing optimization hypotheses ready to implement or test across all the online channels (website & app)
  • Monitor and evaluate new features in the mobile and web applications to understand business impact
  • Support AB test implementation and report on performance and uplift
  • Create and maintain reports with the relevant KPIs 
  • Support 20 countries with actionable plans to increase their conversion funnel 
  • Work in direct relation with our tracking manager to ensure that tracking is exhaustive, coherent and clean

General Business

  • Business requirements synthesized from multiple sources including product managers, development teams, and functional group members
  • Effective and persuasive presentations (verbal and written) for project teams and business leaders
  • Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
  • Confidence with analytical tools (Excel, macros)
  • Familiarity with SQL or other querying language
  • Basic experience with a programming language (Javascript, Python, R)
  • Bonus points if you have experience with common marketing tech stacks: Tag management, mobile attribution, web analytics, ad servers, Doubleclick, etc.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive approach to solving problems and finding solutions
