CRM Manager (m/f) - SEA - HK

The foodpanda group is the one of the world’s leading online food delivery marketplaces, headquartered in Berlin, Germany and operating in 24 emerging markets in Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. The company employs more than 2,000 people worldwide, of which approximately 200 work in the Hong Kong office.

Responsibilities:

• Overall lead role regarding CRM activities in the Southeast Asia Region
• Campaign Management:
  • Set up and optimize campaigns for emails and push notifications
  • Plan and deliver CRM strategies across countries encouraging customer retention and loyalty
  • Work closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively and consistently
• Analytics:
  • Report on CRM campaigns performance on a daily basis
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve main KPI of reach, visits and ROI
  • Analyze performance at a segment level to understand key user targets better
• User segmentation:
  • Be a champion and a driver for local relevant segmentation
  • Ensure Quality of output for different user types & languages
  • Ensure holistic segmentation across our platforms to adopt a user approach over a campaign approach
• Collaborate closely with marketing and business intelligence analysts to create holistic campaigns with an ROI target

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in the CRM world
• Familiarity with CRM tools (email / push notifications)
• Confidence with analytical tools & languages such as Excel, SQL
• Basic experience with CRM strategy and segmentation
• Bonus points if you have experience with other marketing channels
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive approach to solving problems and finding solutions.
• Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus (Chinese as a preference)
