The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director to play a crucial role in the Philippines marketing team.
Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for all online and offline marketing activities in the Philippines market
- Lead and manage the marketing team
- Plan and manage the marketing budget
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns
- Develop strategic brand and tactical partnerships with external brands to raise brand awareness.
- Define content marketing strategy, oversee company’s social media accounts, CRM and blog, build and leverage relationships with content partners
- Develop and supervise promotional activities & marketing collaterals
- Brand management and development
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of marketing experience
- 1-2 years brand marketing experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, ecommerce or start up experience preferable
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related area
- Able to work independently and detail oriented
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical skills
