Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end to end recruitment activity including sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates
- Perform searches and direct approach for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and utilize various recruitment channels and tools
- Handle all onboarding and offbarding process of employees
- Prepare and conduct employee performance evaluations
- Initiate and execute process improvements and standardizations within foodpanda HR
- Support on training and developmental initiatives for office staff
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor degree prefererably in a Business related or Social Science subject
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in HR or Recruitment
- Fluent in English and Thai languages
- Independent and confident self starter
- Proven track record of adaptive personality combined with proactive and enthusistic attitude
- Excellent communication skills with time managemnt ability and structured approach to work
- Social character with a positive attitude towards new challenges and a hands-on mentality is a must!
- Knowledge of the foodpanda business model and interest in startups and food industry!
