Junior CRM Data Analyst (m/f)

Description

Responsibilities:

• Translate CRM business requirements into SQL statements
• Work closely with the Business Intelligence team to ensure the availability and integrity of CRM data
• Implement new and maintain existing scheduled processes to import data into CRM tools using SQL and Python scripts
• Build and maintain CRM customer segments
• Analyse complex data to determine data integrity issues

Requirements:

• You have a university degree in the field of Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent
• You have extensive experience with SQL, using a common database tool such as PostgreSQL, MySql, Oracle, SQL Server 
• You have worked with Python before and are familiar with REST API calls and JSON
• Experience in Google Analytics and visualization and reporting tools such as Sisense are a plus
• You have the ability to understand stakeholder needs and requirements and convert them into data sets and processes
• You are fluent in English, pay attention to detail and have a keen eye for accuracy
