About the job:

As our Junior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing processes, while running the day to day operations of the business:

Responsibilities:

• Analytics – Analysis and tracking of operational KPIs to improve efficiency and profitability

• Strategy – Proactively proposing new strategies, planning and setting a timeline for execution

• Product implementation and improvement – Roll out new features to improve efficiency and customer experience. Proactive feedback on new ways to improve riders, restaurants and customer experience

• As a passionate entrepreneur, you will be empowered to take full responsibility of your tasks

• Managing tactical operations within your area of responsibility.

• Planning rider availability to meet demand whilst maintaining efficiency.

• Supporting commercial projects with operational guidance and resources.

• Optimising operations through innovation and process development.

• Supervising the day-to-day work of operations support staff.

• Collaborating closely with other operational teams to drive progress.

• Reviewing, refining and documenting processes and best practice.

• You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s degree

• You have at least 2 year of work experience in an operational/consulting role

• Beyond your operational skills, you are strong at structuring and in analytics

• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, or Google equivalents, and a keen eye for data

• Your knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector is impressive and you are driven and ambitious

• Ideally your previous experience was in a web startup or in the Internet sector

• You have strong communication skills, work independently and are reliable.

• You are very proactive and could lead independent projects.
