Lead Software Engineer (m/f)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate developer team of ~10 people
• Support Product and Marketing needs with proper engineering solutions
• Define technological roadmap of assigned product
• Attract, interview and hire top tech talents from all the globe
• Report directly to the CTO

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills, 1+ year of team management experience at non-trivial project
• 3+ years of a PHP developer experience, Symfony 2 experience would be a plus
• OOP, design patterns, clean code and testing
• Strong understanding of a software development, release and support cycles
• Good knowledge of the basic tools (git, PHPStorm, MemCache, XDebug) and methodologies in software development (Scrum and KanBan)
• Fast-learner and team player
• Experience in the area of eCommerce applications, ElasticSearch, scaling high traffic websites, performance optimization, hosting on AWS, software APIs and web services are a big plus
