Local Managing Director (m/f)

The company employs more than 2,000 people worldwide, of which approximately 200 work in Berlin with more than 40 countries represented. 

 Responsibilities:

• Optimizing operations, growing and managing a team, establishing business activities and gaining market leadership while directly reporting to global C-level
• Actively take part in developing an extremely fast-growing global start-up in an existing market
• Full responsibility for the business and accountability for both success and failures within the venture

 Requirements:

• Outstanding degree/MBA at a top university and 4-5 years of work experience in the e-commerce field
• Proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements
• Great managerial skills which have been proven during 2+ years of experience directly managing a team
• Strong structuring and analytical skills which result in the ability to set up efficient business processes and manage P&L
• Impressive knowledge of the internet and e-commerce sector
• Ideally Sales or Marketing experience
• Previous international exposure and geographical mobility
• Working style characterized by independence, flexibility and speed
• Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
