Operations Intern (m/f)

Description

The foodpanda group is one of the world’s largest online food ordering marketplaces. foodpanda was launched in 2012 and is headquartered in Berlin. The company operates in more than 40 countries in South America, Asia, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Africa, currently employs more than 1,000 people worldwide, and continues to grow at an impressive speed.

Responsibilities:

• Work from our Berlin office with local teams, monitor daily operations and find immediate solutions regarding a wide range of operational issues (travelling may be required)
• Help set up and improve global processes
• Ensure the quality of menu content to maintain high/quality imagery and descriptive, well-written text
• Assist in the vendor onboarding process, from lead to live
• Monitor and optimize internal processes
• Other duties as required (this is a flexible position with the opportunity to grow and develop yourself according to your own ambitions)

Requirements:

• University student / recent graduate
• A good combination of numerical and soft skills
• First working experience with a focus on operations
• Ability to work independently
• Proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements
• You are strong at structuring and in analytics
• Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English skills complete your profile
