Recruitment & Training Executive (m/f) - MY

Description

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the operations delivery department with rider recruitment and zone management
• Researching and implementing initiatives to foster rider community and ensure high retention
• Communication with riders across a wide range of cultures, religions and backgrounds
• Making relationship with riders to understand issues and challenges they face
• Developing new methods and executing them for rider recruitment
• Responsible for the steady volume of new riders
• Carry out recruitment/ onboarding on the weekend if needed
• Supervising rider hours approval, payments & administration
• A whole host of ad hoc tasks
• Drive continuous operational improvement

 Requirements:

• Degree from a top university (we will consider equivalent professional and life experience)
• First working experience with, preferably with focus on operations
• Relentless work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile when required
• Beyond operational skills, strong at structuring and in analytics
• Excellent English skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a keen eye for data
• High motivation and excellent team player, willing to learn and explore new tools
• Commitment for a minimum 1 year contract (location: Kuala Lumpur)
