Responsibilities:
- You build and oversee a team of process managers
- You are in charge of the process documentation
- You are responsible for approving change requests as well as process changes
- You are supervising the roll out of new processes
- You are reinforcing quality checks of correct process execution
- You are in charge of training quality and train the trainer efforts
- Areas for improvement have to be identified and appropriate changes of the process need to be managed
Requirements:
- You have a university degree in a business or tech related field or an equivalent professional education and 3-5 years of professional experience as a Process Manager
- You have leadership experience
- You are very strong in communications, are pro-active and have self-initiative
- You are fluent in English and you can’t deny your strong enthusiasm for the internet and its possibilities
- You are open to travel to our different markets
