Responsibilities:You will join our product team as product owner for solutions used by our own business teams. Our team is striving to provide the best operational tools for our staff on the ground (customer care, vendor service, sales). By joining us you will:
- Take full ownership for certain topics and projects inside our team
- Work closely with stakeholders and product heads to identify the functionalities which provide value within each assignment
- Lead product discovery processes with stakeholders and users to identify minimum viable solutions, potential tests and risks early in the development process. Use data to make decisions and back your opinion
- Cut down high level requirements into smaller slices, write specifications with solid acceptance criteria for our development team and deliver iteratively
- Create documentations, rollout and test plans with our operational teams and communicate upcoming releases in a timely manner
- Measure the performance of your features and products against the initial assignments to make sure a problem is really solved
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years product management experience
- Experience in gathering requirements, understanding user needs and writing functional specifications (ideally BBD style)
- Experience in agile software development and related tools (ideally JIRA)
- Ability to define smaller entities and next steps from a bigger picture.
- Quick learner with an analytical, innovative and process oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English, both written and spoken
- Entrepreneurial drive, passion for digital product management and ability to achieve goals in a fast paced environment
