Formlabs started out of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2011. Today, we're building our European headquarter in Berlin with an international team of over 100 people from 20+ countries. Our mission is to change the workflow of designers, engineers, jewellers and dental technicians with our high-precision desktop 3D printers.

Our customers come from many different branches, such as Engineering, Product Design, Dentistry, Medical, Architecture, Jewellery, and Education. To achieve this, we're looking for talent, that can help us support our fast growth.

As a part of the Finance Team, you need to pay attention to detail and streamline the flow of information to facilitate the best decisions. If you love numbers, accurate when dealing with money, solution-oriented and you want to develop inside a fast-growing company, join us as a Financial Operations Intern (m/f/d)!

The job:

• Support the team by taking care of the incoming invoices and travel expenses;
• Take on some Account Specialists tasks like cash applications and payment reminders;
• Support the team at bank reconciliation;
• Process the financial documentation;
• Support credit checks and financial reporting.

You:

• Are a student/recent graduate of Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Kaufmännische Ausbildung in your Bachelor or Master;
• Are a good communicator and are fluent in English and German or French;
• Actively participate in your student body life, e.g. by volunteering for a student organization;
• Eager to learn about and understand financial operations in a high paced environment;
• You love to learn new things and have a eye to detail.
