Who we are
The Free2Move ecosystem, is a family of enterprise-level services, websites and mobile apps from a big French automotive group, created and maintained with modern technologies. Free2Move enables the users to see cars from major carsharing providers in their area, find the closest one, compare offers and book the best fit. Our users save time and money on single-signup and registration for all providers in one app. We are building on more partnerships and rapidly expand into new markets. And that´s where you come into play:
What you will be doing
You take care of the CRM strategy, implementation, optimization and control of performance-oriented mobile CRM campaigns
You lead the conception of our direct communication via Push and Email including segmentation strategy, reporting, data analysis, testing, reactivation and automation chains
You are analyzing and evaluating (user) data in order to formulate and test hypotheses
You analyze and assess the results obtained to optimize retention and bookings
You implement user reactivation chains and automate processes
You act as a link between different teams and ensure the information exchange
Requirements
Your profile
You bring a healthy mixture of strategic thinking, communication, empathy and technical understanding
Working in the mobile world and in the CRM area is not just a job but a passion for you
You are convinced by your analytical thinking skills and have fun dealing with numbers
You have at least 2 years of experience in a CRM and mobile App relevant area: push notifications & in-app messaging experience is mandatory
You are passionate about communicating - be it internally with colleagues or externally with countless users
You have the desire to tackle, implement and build up - in order to be able to go forward as well as we have a hands-on mentality
You know very well with MS Excel and are familiar with usual CRM tools
You communicate very well in English
German is a plus
