Areas of responsibility:

• Self-reliant case work on late claims and loan administration (i.e. monitoring as well as full or partial early settlements)
• Independent correspondence via phone and in writing with debtors and their representatives
• Development of results-oriented and quick collection strategies for arrears payments, bearing in mind economic and legal requirements
• Identification and offer of resolution possibilities for temporary payment difficulties
• Maintenance of customer database and continuous reporting through case notes
• Cross-departmental cooperation with the Payments, Sales, Underwriting and Analytics teams for internal process optimization
• Creation and filing of payment agreements as well as presentations and reportings in German and English

Your profile:

• Experience in the area of customer service or collections is a plus but not a requirement
• Excellent German as well as good English language skills
• Solid PC skills and sound experience in working with MS Word and Excel
• You are a reliable professional and a friendly team player, with high standards of self-reliance and autonomy
• You ensure a highly level of service-orientation for our customers through your positive and confident demeanor
• Your profile is completed by excellent communication and social skills
