• Create high level designs and analysis for your team’s projects
• Ensure tech design supports product direction
• Partner effectively with Product to manage scope and deliverables for the technical side of the product roadmap

• Partner with other technical leaders and architects to find, own and solve shared engineering concerns
• Escalatie risks where needed
• Be a true representative for your team

To Be Successful In This Role, You should Have…

• Experience in building and designing hands on front end systems for the e-commerce space using React/Angular/Node.js, HTML and CSS
• Proven ability to line manage and mentor a small group of engineers (up to 5 people)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
• Ability to mentor and coach more junior engineers
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, BDD, TDD and/or CI
