The role

As a Junior Account Manager, you embody one of our most important selling points: personal support of our customers. You are in daily contact with business owners to offer advice and contribute to their success. You’re part of a great team together with your colleagues in Sales, collaborating with other teams across the company, learning a lot every day and getting to know our business model in depth.

As a Junior Account Manager, you will:

• Manage your own customer portfolio and guide our customers through the entire process of realising financing at Funding Circle.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with a variety of business owners, convincing them of the advantages of Funding Circle’s business loans.
• Use your ambition, drive and excellent communication skills to close loan agreements, achieve targets and directly contribute to the success of the company.
• Work collaboratively with our local and international teams, such as Credit and Sales.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Minimum HBO level education and 3 months experience in a job with customer contact.
• Excellent communication skills (Dutch and English).
• A great phone manner, assertiveness and the ability to persuade.
• Drive, perseverance and motivation to succeed.
• A team player attitude and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
