• Development of campaign ideas that help us land the right messages with customers
• Development of creative and content assets for both online & offline channels
• Ensuring that all marketing communications are of the highest quality and that the brand guidelines are followed
• Perform channel analysis for understanding of both online & offline acquisition channel performance and come up with strategies to use them effectively
• Working closely with the performance team to ensure the correct plans are in place for hitting agreed targets
• Working with the team to find ways of improving the customer journey including both online and offsite metrics
• Scoping and effectively prioritising projects
• Presenting projects, initiatives and results to broad audiences

• You’re full of ideas and are looking for a positive, fast-paced environment to put them into action
• You have the ability to prioritize your time and able to get things done as and when they come through
• You like to evolve in an international environment and are flexible in managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• You’re fluent in both Dutch & English and you write flawlessly in Dutch
• Bachelor's degree required
