The Role

• Completing Quality Control checks on Loan Operation Processes 
• Owning and maintaining the Loan Operations Quality Control document and plan
• Providing feedback and presenting on Loan Operations Quality in various forums
• Providing real time feedback to team members and team leaders
• Identifying emerging quality issues and training requirements based on Quality Control Findings
• Liaising with Senior Loan Operations Analysts on daily QC requirements and planning

• Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills, ability to follow procedures and company guidelines
• Comfortable in a volume driven environment

• Experience of Loan Operations processes at an analyst or senior analyst level would be an advantage, along with excel and Salesforce experience, evaluating tax documents, bank statementsWhat we offer
