Are you looking for a role with high levels of accountability to drive business growth and profitability? The Commercial team is looking for a top-performing, smart and motivated individual to grow the US lending business.

You will coordinate the business and deliver growth against ambitious growth targets. The bread and butter of your role will be driving growth projects by leading cross-functional teams across the business and presenting your results to the highest level of the organization. The work is varied, with exposure across the entire business, and will involve collaborating closely with our Product, Marketing, Sales, Analytics and Risk teams.

  • Be a leader: Think like an owner. Bring your creativity, vision, and people skills to work with you every day to help identify and solve challenges, large and small.
  • Be autonomous: able to own and resolve challenging business problems end-to-end
  • Be a jack-of-all-trades: You’ll be expected to understand and work with all areas of the business, including operations, sales, marketing, product, data science, and more.
  • Be driven: You’ll deliver rigorous analytical work with a fast velocity, acting as a leading Individual Contributor to the business.
  • Be a communicator: You’ll be expected to communicate with stakeholders throughout the business (and across geographies) at almost every level. You will use slide decks and presentation skills to tackle some of the company’s biggest issues.
  • Be a data evangelist: You will be a leader in the push for consistent, high-quality, and data-driven decision-making throughout the company.

Experience level:

  • 3-5 years experience working in strategy consulting or an operating role in a high growth tech company
  • Demonstrable experience in driving incremental revenue and profits in a commercial environment
  • Top-rated people skills to lead teams without relying on direct reporting lines
  • Experience or relevant work in the finance industry preferred but not necessary
