About the Role

Funding Circle is looking for a Go-To Market Manager to drive growth within key target segments and strategic partners. Collaborating with business development, marketing, product, and sales organizations at Funding Circle, and executives from our partner organizations, you will set go to market strategy and lead the execution of targeted marketing programs.

You play a pivotal role in the Marketing team. Your thought leadership is vital to unlocking, new and creative go to market opportunities that benefit both Funding Circle and small business owners.

Responsibilities

• You will serve as the main marketing strategist for our partnerships team. Creating and driving co-branded demand generation campaigns, including detailed project plans, marketing channel mix, define target KPIs, key activities, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Primary leadership responsible for unlocking targeted segments, including investor marketing. Develop strategy, core messaging and go to market plans.
• Work with marketing program and channel managers to develop campaigns, execute and optimize.
• Conduct user, market, and high-reaching research to better understand our partners, our joint customers, and the competitive market landscape.
• Handle forecasting and administration of partner marketing funds.

Requirements

• We seek someone with 5-8 years of relevant experience in partner or alliance marketing, business development, or product marketing. Experience with B2B marketing a plus
• Ability to think strategically but also dive into campaign planning and execution.
• Desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment, a self-starter
• Adept in managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Rely on advanced testing design, implementation and detailed analysis to measure and report on program performance
• Strong Excel competency, comfortable working with complex data and with Analytics stakeholders

Bachelor's Degree required, MBA a plus
