Job Duties
- Review and address inbound sales email inquiries
- Answer incoming calls regarding customer inquiries, service questions and general client concerns
- Engage with customer support service providers to ensure high quality customer service provided to prospective clients
- Conduct post-sale surveys and engage with customers to boost our online brand and presence
- Providing support to sales team to help resolve prospective customer inquiries
- Coordinate with multiple departments to provide consistent, high-level customer service
- Ad-hoc responsibilities
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-5 year Customer Service experience
- Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Experience with Customer Experience Surveys (NPS)
- Attention to detail
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, V-look up, etc.)
- Very strong organizational and time management skills
- Persistent desire to learn
- Positive outlook and demeanor
- Ability to adapt to a changing role as the department grows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with financial industry in commercial lending
