As an Efficiency and QA Analyst, you are a driving force in our Servicing, Collections & Recoveries (SCR) team, supporting SME businesses and entrepreneurs looking for an alternative to meet their financial goals.

Your responsibilities:

You feel comfortable in written and phone communication and are able to support any operational teams during spikes on our key business
You are a responsible project lead within SCR team to increase and secure efficiency within the SCR tool based on your Managers requirements
Work closely together with product to assure all needs for SCR are covered within new tool releases, including fees and charges as well as waterfall logics
Assure that all processes are tracked and covered for each investor to secure audit trails
Update and assure process and QA guidelines and work with team managers to keep all teams up to date
Regular QA checks per team to assure quality and SLA’s are kept
You are keen to learn standard reporting to assure backup for the SCR reporting is secured

Your profile:

You have a strong background on para legal or banking
Eagerness to learn and challenge the status quo
Able to drive projects and manage challenges to assure strong focus on product developments for SCR, to increase efficiency and constant high quality while processes are more and more automated
Hands on and with excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to plan, organize, prioritize and manage time well
Fluent German with excellent English skills
