The Delivery Team

The delivery team are a group of creative and ambitious individuals who bread and butter is partnering with engineering and product teams to help us work us work in the most agile and productive way we can. There are over 20 of them globally made up of Agile Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters and we are looking for more like minded people!

As a Senior Scrum Master you will…

• Support our Data Engineering teams as their first Scrum Master. Currently we have 2 teams in London.
• Use agile techniques to embed agile principles and practices into the way the team works.
• Encourage the Data Engineering teams to adhere to continuous delivery.
• Create an environment of trust and safety, encouraging continuous learning and adaptation.
• Guide the team to perform at their best, including sustainable quality, predictability and efficiency
• Remove any impediments to progress
• Facilitate retrospectives and ceremonies.
• Own the process for the team, and support and educate the Product Owner to refine and maintain the product backlog

We are looking for these skills…

• Mindset and belief in agile principles
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LESS or another agile methodology
• Experience coaching teams in continuous learning, innovation and best practice.
• Experience unblocking teams
• Ability to facilitate estimation and prioritisation and to handle multiple conflicting requirements
• Bonus points if you come from a technical background before moving into Scrum
