Your contribution to our mission

As a Senior Account Manager, you are a driving force in our Borrower Sales Team, supporting SME businesses and entrepreneurs looking for an alternative to meet their financial goals.
- You are the driver of our growth at Funding Circle and are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from the initial query to the acceptance of funds, working with warm leads generated via direct marketing
- You are a knowledgeable partner for business owners, building and managing a portfolio of successful Funding Circle borrowers and responsible for our highest value customers.
- You use out-of-the-box thinking to optimise and improve existing processes to drive efficiency through project work, liaising with teams across the company
- You share your knowledge and expertise by mentoring, coaching and supporting junior team members
- 3+ years’ proven experience in a fast-paced, high volume sales environment, preferably dealing with a complex product
- Fluent German, spoken and written
- Experience as a top performer in a sales environment, exceeding target on a consistent basis
- Natural telephone manner and communication skills: you’re able to quickly build rapport and trust with customers
- Dynamic and KPI-driven, with exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to keep a cool head under pressure and deliver good results.
- The desire to succeed both individually and as a team
