Senior Product manager

Description

The Role:We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager who can develop our borrower facing products during our rapid growth phase. The role will report in to the Head of Borrower Product in the UK.

This role is at the forefront of business growth - working with marketing, risk, analytics and strategy teams to develop products which improve the customers experience, and optimise our conversion funnel. You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, run multiple backlogs, and follow product development from start to finish.

Our Ideal candidate:

• Has 3-5 years product management experience
• Is driven to get things done,  and ruthlessly prioritises
• Speaks all languages - that of developers who hate disruption, risk analysts whose requirements are in a constant state of flux, gregarious sales people, and attention-detailed operations folk
• Is meticulously organised, and frustrated with inefficiency
• Loves solving complex problems, and can turn complexity into simplicity.
• Challenges the status quo daily - and fights hard to understand the why. Able to get to the bottom of a problem, rather than just accept someone else's solution.
• Wants to have fun and is able to motivate and drive teams through energy and optimism.
• Is highly empathetic, and stands up for what is right. Puts the customer first in every decision.
• Is fiercely analytical and gets ecstatic by seeing a test perform 10% better than the control.
• Is fanatical about detail.  
• Can lead the development of large, complicated features and projects.
• Likes the spotlight, but can also be a solid team player. Presents to a full room with confidence, but happy to share the stage with a star developer.
