Technical Recruiter

Being a high growth FinTech, it’ll be no surprise to hear finding the best people for our tech teams is of top priority.

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in San Francisco and help us find & engage the best talent from around the world for Funding Circle. This role is going to be focussed on Technical recruitment with a major focus working on driving pace and exceptional candidate experience.

 About you:

• You don’t rely on agencies, searching job boards or a database to find candidates (we don’t use these here).  
• You know your way around some different sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Twitter etc) and a creative mind for coming up with new ones.
• You can uncover technical aptitude and are able to distinguish between good and average candidates.
• You’ll work diligently to maintain data integrity in our ATS and report on recruitment data and metrics to ensure scalability of our recruitment strategies.
• You’ve got a real interest in staying in the know with Tech and you are genuinely interested in hiring the best possible people you can.
• You love the challenge of hiring elusive candidates and full-cycle recruiting in it

• You can uncover technical aptitude and are able to distinguish between good and average candidates.
• You’re super self-driven, can deliver and have a “get stuff done” attitude.
