Accountant Finance & Controlling (m/f/d)

Description

• You will take on tasks in financial accounting and controlling and will be responsible for these with reporting line to the CFO as a sparring partner
• The preparation of budget, forecast, multi-year and business plans as well as the annual financial statement is part of your tasks, as well as the preparation of the monthly financial statements according to IFRS and HGB and the monthly reporting
• You are the contact person for auditors and tax advisors, maintain cooperation with banks and insurance companies for bank guarantees and sureties, and ensure uniform commercial standards
• You will take over tasks from operational controlling (cost monitoring, determination of key figures, forecasts, etc.) and will be involved in the digitalization of commercial processes
• You will be responsible for securing our accounts and balance sheets and will check account movements, monthly statements and the dunning process

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or study of business administration; ideally supplemented by further training as a certified accountant (IHK) or tax specialist (IHK)
• You have at least two years of professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in the insurance sector
• Financial statement security according to HGB and knowledge of accounting and financial bookkeeping is a plus
• The use of software and financial accounting systems is a matter of course for you
• Because of your high affinity for numbers, you are a particularly precise person with "attention-to-detail".
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and bring a high degree of personal responsibility, independence and flexibility with you.
• You have fluent German and very good English skills
