Your Mission::

You work on the most important topics of the company in close collaboration with the COO and other members of the management team
You ensure that “things happen” across the COO department (Marketing, Operations, Insurance, HR)
Monitor the flow of information, act as a gatekeeper, ensure the COO's involvement in a project or decision-making process at the right time
You will lead strategic board-level projects yourself

About You::

>2 years of experience in fast-paced and ambitious companies, in strategy consulting or in startups or tech companies
Experience in delivering in strategic projects involving many stakeholders
You have a very good university degree from a top-tier university
You follow the trends of modern and agile organisations and you have the ambition to implement them
You are fluent in German and English
