Your Mission::

As a Growth Analyst you love numbers and will lay out the foundation for our growth by making our marketing activities more efficient through your data analyses.

You do high quality data preparation and corresponding in-depth analysis with SQL. This will make the decision-making processes in our marketing team faster and better
You will support the cost controlling of our marketing channels and continuously develop a cross-channel marketing attribution
You will prepare forecasts and regular reports for the various marketing channels and the finance team
You will identify growth potential for the various channels on the basis of sales and customer data and will play a decisive role in shaping the allocation of resources (budget and personnel) in the future
Together with our data science team, you will create analyses and forecasts for the relevant key figures of our company

About You::

You have a high affinity to numbers and enjoy carrying out in-depth analyses
Ideally you already have some practical experience or relevant internships in the field of analytics / marketing
You have gained first experience in the field of data analysis (SQL, Python or R) and are therefore not afraid of database and programming languages.
Ideally, you already have some experience in the area of marketing attribution and have experience with marketing/business intelligence tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics or similar)
You love to advance topics independently and creatively
