Your Mission::

As Head of Corporate Development (m/f/d) you are to continuously monitor and improve our business model. Setting up a team of high profile project and product managers you and your team works on strategic projects across all business areas of Getsafe. The projects range from M&A activities, leading our international expansion projects or developing a new feature in the app to improving processes in Customer Service or HR.

You identify the main pain points of our business model and define concrete opportunities to improve our metrics
You are responsible for building a team of high-profile people (top 1%) that are able to solve every problem we encounter
You execute strategic board level projects yourself - always delivering in highest quality
You coach a team, that works on important projects across the organisation to become the “best version of themselves”
You define roadmaps and set up interdisciplinary teams to execute along with our prioritízed roadmap items
You articulate and present vision, strategy, progress, results and data analyses/learnings effectively to Senior Management and the wider business

About You::

7+ years of experience in an executive position in high-pace environment, either in a Tech Company or in top management consulting
4+ years of management and leadership experience, with a proven scaling skill set
You possess experience in hiring and coaching a team of high potentials
You have a business mindset and know how to achieve ambitious and challenging goals
You combine analytical and strategic skills with a hands-on and pragmatic can-do attitude
You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and don’t care about departments but focus on achieving business goals together
You are a German or English native speaker
