Your Mission::
- You provide support in matters of contract, corporate and insurance law and are the first point of contact for the CFO, VP Finance, Customer Service and product managers in legal matters
- You will also have the opportunity to gain insight into the areas of (start-up) financing, trademark law and IT law
- You take care of data protection inquiries and the coordination with our data protection officer
- You coordinate inquiries to external law firms
- You continuously develop our internal and external documents and guidelines
- You will take on research tasks, analysis and preparation of legal topics
About You::
- Study of law or study in business law (at least 5th semester)
- Completed internships in a company or law firm
- High degree of initiative and reliability as well as an independent and structured way of working
- You enjoy working in a team and, in addition to your initial legal expertise, you have a natural interest in digital, economic and organisational matters
- Good knowledge of MS Office; affinity to IT tools
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
- Also ideal for bridging the waiting time until the traineeship or LL.M.
