As a Senior Designer (m/f/x), you will join a team of talented designers to redefine what it means to be an insurance customer. This includes everything from representing the voice of the customer, to driving the creative direction of new products, to creating the ideal image for our brand.

• Reinvent the insurance experience for our customers

• Be a role model and mentor for the other designers on the team

• Drive and maintain company-wide creative direction and consistency

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of product managers, engineers, copywriters, and data scientists to create world-class product experiences

• Work closely with brand and marketing teams to anchor our brand language

• Define a customer-first design culture and how it fits into our strategy & roadmap

• Surprise us with crazy, creative ideas

• 5+ years of relevant working experience as a designer, UX/UI specialty a plus

• A portfolio demonstrating strong design skills for end-to-end user experiences

• Strong track record of defining a customer-first culture via customer research

• Working proficiency in English

• A collaborative work style and the ability to think holistically about UX, UI, and brand

• The ability to identify user problems and solve them creatively and critically

• A motivated, self-starter attitude with the drive to improve the status quo

• The ability to find balance between customer needs, business requirements, and technical constraints

• Relentlessly high quality standards and attention to detail
