Your tasks:
You drive and lead complex projects to support our organizational health
You develop stable HR processes in the areas of personnel and organizational development
You act as a HR business partner and support managers in all HR relevant topics
You are part of our entire recruiting process, from conducting telephone interviews and job interviews to drafting employment contracts and onboarding
You support our managers and employees in all personnel-related, administrative, labour and social security matters
You look after our employees in all personnel-related questions
You plan and organize internal and external events (summer party, Christmas party, meetups, career fairs)
About you:
+3 years of experience in HR and proven track records in an dynamic environment or startup
You follow the trends of modern & agile organizations and you have the desire to implement them
Passion, Ambition, Drive and Craziness to throw "old" HR thinking patterns overboard and create a new Getsafe HR Culture
Broad understanding of the HR role in many areas (e.g. recruiting, compensation & benefits, personnel support, employee branding / culture, strategic personnel development)
Very good university degree
Great communication skills and fluency in German and English
