Your Mission::

You will work closely with Getsafe's management to develop effective recommendations and sustainable solutions to optimize and redefine organizational structures and processes within Getsafe
You are a fundamental part of our strategy and business model implementation
Your work covers areas such as organizational structure, insurance and risk management, marketing and sales strategies, service providers, new markets, growth, change management and post-merger integration
You will take responsibility and independently take care of the structuring and implementation of such projects, e.g. by evaluating relevant data, conducting analyses and creating cross-functional teams that will successfully accomplish these projects with you

About You::

You are a person of action - you want to grow beyond yourself and develop yourself personally
You have a degree from a top university in the field of business administration, economics, business informatics, mathematics or similar
You already have 3 - 5 years of professional experience in project management, preferably from a leading strategy consultancy and/or the strategic area of a start-up/fintech - and have already led small teams
You have gained international experience (study or work abroad) and are very analytical and conceptual
You have a general interest and understanding of tech/application products - ideally combined with the know-how of the general insurance industry
You are a sociable, open-minded person and able to think visionary
You are able to motivate your colleagues to go the extra mile, just like you do yourself
You speak fluent German and English
