As a Software Product Manager (m/f/x), you will be responsible for the ultimate success of our products. Your tasks will include everything from defining the strategy and feature roadmap, to shipping high-impact products, to ensuring internal company alignment. You will sit in the driver’s seat on our journey toward realizing our vision.
Your tasks:
Build top-notch software to reinvent the insurance experience
Develop a product strategy and roadmap with concrete goals and metrics
Rally a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, marketers, and data scientists to create world-class products
Gather requirements from various sources, including customer research, business goals, and other stakeholders
Dive into the details and create delightful, seamless product experiences
Surprise us with crazy, creative ideas
About you:
Change enabler. You are a motivated self-starter constantly looking to improve the status quo.
Deep customer empathy. You listen to customers, understand their key problems, and develop intuitive solutions to these problems.
Trade-off master. You use data to drive decision-making when appropriate, yet you are not afraid to listen to your instincts when needed.
Great communicator. You can distill a complex problem into its essential elements, and clearly communicate your vision to the team and executives.
Cross-functional collaborator. You can work with engineers, designers, analysts, marketers, and executives to make decisions and build a roadmap.
A bachelor’s degree (computer science or another engineering degree is a plus)
English speaker with professional working proficiency.
